The School catchments section on a Pricefinder property report shows the schools whose catchment zone includes the subject property. Each school card displays the school name, distance from the property, school type, year levels, and whether it is co-educational.
Important points to be noted:
- The section shows the schools whose catchment boundary covers the subject property - not simply the nearest schools.
- Distance shown is the straight-line distance from the property to the school, not driving distance.
- Type indicates whether the school is Primary, Secondary, or Combined (both primary and secondary).
- Level shows the year range the school covers (for example K-6, 11-12).
Please follow the below mentioned steps to view school catchments on a property report:
- Open a property report on Pricefinder.
- Scroll down the property report page to find the School catchments section in the right-hand column.
Each school card shows the following information:
