What is the Enhanced Property Report and how can I use it?

The enhanced Property Report is now default. But if you reverted to our classic version, you can re-enable the enhanced version of the Property Report via clicking Enhanced at the top of the Property Report screen.

We are excited to unveil the enhanced version of our Property Report, featuring continuous improvements driven by valuable feedback from users like you. While we work on building out this innovative tool, you can still access and use the classic version of the Property Report.

We know you want to be one of the first to get your hands on our enhanced Property Report, and to play a part in its development. We are committed to regularly refining and expanding this feature, and we will keep you updated on new features as they are released. Your active participation is essential in shaping the future of this evolving service. By setting your Property Report to the enhanced version, you’ll get the opportunity to test our latest features and also send us any feedback you may have. Exciting!

Note:

If you’ve enabled the classic version, it will return back to the enhanced version if:

You’re using a new device
You’re using a different browser
You cleared your cookies in the browser you’re using

This is due to the enhanced Property Report now being the default version.

To manually enable the enhanced version of the Property Report from the classic version, start by searching for an address. Once your Property Report has loaded, click Enhanced at the top of the Property Report screen.
Click Enhance to confirm your selection.
You’ll see the enhanced version of the Property Report. Any subsequent Property Report searches will be displayed in the new layout. Click Classic to return to the classic version.

Why does my Property Report change back to the enhanced version after switching to classic?

The enhanced Property Report is now the default version applied to all users. We use cookies to continue serving you the classic version once you’ve enabled it. Your Property Report will return back to the enhanced version if you’re using a new device, using a different browser or if you’ve cleared your cookies in the browser you’re using.

Is the enhanced/classic version toggle agent-based or office-based?

The toggle is specific to your browser, so only you will see the version you have enabled. No one else will be affected.

Why are some features or tools missing?

For the enhanced version, we have included the features and tools that get used the most. We are continuously capturing your feedback on the new report which will help us decide which features to prioritise next, and adding them as we progress.

Is the data the same?

The enhanced version uses exactly the same data set as the current version, and it is purely a front-end rebuild, however, we are continuously improving overall data quality as part of our commitment to inspiring confidence in all property decisions.

How can I leave feedback?
