The Property Timeline section on a Pricefinder property report shows the full history of sales, for sale listings, and rental records for a property. Records are sorted chronologically with the most recent at the top.
Important points to be noted:
- The Property Timeline is on the property report page on the Enhanced interface (Pricefinder).
- The inline section on the report shows a preview of the 3 most recent records. Click View full timeline to open the complete history in a side panel.
- The timeline has four tabs: Sold, For sale, Rental, and All.
- The All tab shows every record type in a single chronological list.
- Price links in the Sold tab are clickable - they open the detailed sale history record.
Please follow the below mentioned steps to view the property timeline:
- Open a property report on Pricefinder.
- Scroll down to the Property Timeline section.
Use the tabs to filter which records are shown:

The full timeline opens as a side panel. Each record shows the following fields.
For Sold records:

Click a price link in any Sold record to open the full detailed sale history record. Click Close (X) to dismiss the full timeline side panel.
Note: Sale types seen in the timeline include Normal Sale (a standard arms-length transaction) and, on some records, "Recent Advice - Sale" (a recent sale advice not yet derived from Government sources, shown with an asterisk on the price).
