Comparables Explorer - Beta

What is the Comparables Explorer and how can I use it? 

We are excited to unveil the Comparables Explorer, where you can find and compare key features of comparable properties to better facilitate research and price negotiations, and create a CMA quickly.

The Comparables Explorer is currently in beta stages that features continuous improvements driven by valuable feedback from users like you. While we work on building out this innovative tool, you can let us know what you think and help shape Pricefinder!

We are committed to regularly refining and expanding this feature, and we will keep you updated on new features as they are released. Your active participation is essential in shaping the future of this evolving service. By setting your Property Report to the enhanced version, you’ll get the opportunity to test our latest features and also send us any feedback you may have. Exciting!
 

Start your search

1. Start by searching for an address.
   Make sure you have enabled the enhanced version of the Property Report. Once your Property Report has loaded, scroll down to the Comparables section and click on the new Comparables Explorer button.
   
   
    

2.  First filter for the type of comparable properties you would like to see to compare with your subject property.

   
   
    

3. Filter by key features for the comparable properties you would like to see for your subject property.
   
   
4. Use filter shortcuts to quickly make changes to common filter options when searching for comparable properties.
   
   
    
5. Sort by proximity and recency of sale/listing/rental.
   
   
    
6. Click on the image icon to see the gallery of the property.
   
   
7. Dive deeper into the property by clicking on the hyperlinked address.
