The Appraisal Dashboard is the central place to find all your saved appraisals, check how many people have viewed or shared your Digital CMAs, and access quick actions for each appraisal in Pricefinder.
Important points to be noted:
- It lists all appraisals created from your account, sorted by most recently updated.
- Digital CMA tracking (Last viewed, Total views, Total shares) is only available for Sale CMAs - Rental CMAs show a dash in these columns.
- Appraisals are displayed 10 per page. Use the page navigation at the bottom right of the table to move between pages.
Please follow the below mentioned steps to access and use the Appraisal Dashboard:
- Log in to Pricefinder.

Click Appraisals in the top navigation bar.

The Appraisal Dashboard opens. It displays all your saved appraisals in a table with the following columns:

What it shows
Property Address Full address of the subject property. The current owner’s name appears below the address. Type The type of CMA - Sale CMA or Rental CMA. Last updated The date you last edited or saved the appraisal. Last viewed The date the Digital CMA was last opened. Total views The total number of times the Digital CMA link has been opened. Total shares The total number of times the Digital CMA link has been shared. Apps Hexagon icon ("Create a project in Engage") - launches the appraisal into the Engage digital proposal platform. (Owner names are hidden in the example above for privacy.)

Each row in the table has action icons on the right. For a Sale CMA, the available actions are:
- Edit CMA (pencil icon) - opens the CMA editor to update comparables, features, cover letter, or appraisal price.
- Download PDF - downloads the CMA as a PDF file.
- Open Digital CMA - opens the shareable interactive digital proposal in a new tab.
- Copy link to Digital CMA (copy icon) - copies the Digital CMA share link to your clipboard.
For a Rental CMA, only Edit CMA and Download PDF are available. Digital CMA options (Open Digital CMA, Copy link, views/shares tracking) do not apply to Rental CMAs.

To find a specific appraisal, use the Search by address field at the top of the table. Type part of the address to filter the list.

To create a new appraisal from the dashboard, click Create Appraisal. In the New appraisal popup, enter the property address in the search field and click Create Appraisal to open the CMA editor. The appraisal type can be selected and changed within the editor.
Note: The banner "Create and send digital proposals online from anywhere, at any time to win your listings" and the Get Started button at the top of the dashboard are for setting up the Engage digital proposal integration. If you have not yet used Digital CMA, click Get Started to learn more.
