How to create and share a Digital CMA in Pricefinder

This article will guide you with steps that you can follow to create and share a Digital CMA (interactive online proposal) in Pricefinder.

Important points to be noted:

  • A Digital CMA is an interactive online proposal - not a PDF. It can be shared with your client via a link.
  • The Digital CMA is created from the Appraisal & Print tab at the end of the CMA workflow.
  • You can track how many times your proposal has been viewed and shared from the Appraisal Dashboard.
  • The share link remains active until the CMA report is deleted from the Appraisal Dashboard.
  • Notes added inside the Digital CMA are visible to anyone who has access to it once you toggle to show your notes (panel text: "Anyone who has access to the digital CMA can view the notes you add, once you toggle to show your notes below."). Treat notes as client-facing content.

Creating the Digital CMA

  1. Complete the CMA workflow tabs (Property Features through to Recently Sold) for your subject property.

  3. The Digital CMA opens as an interactive report, branded with your selected cover theme. It starts with your Cover Letter page (cover image, CMA title, subject property address, prepared-by line and letter text), followed by a table of contents with the following pages, which you can also reach from the bottom navigation bar:

    • Properties - a snapshot of key details about the property, including property details and sales history.
    • Statistics - the property’s sales, rental and price history.
    • Sold - demand and performance of sold properties similar to the subject property.
    • For Sale - demand and performance of comparable for sale properties.
    • Rental comparables - demand and performance of comparable rental properties.
    • Appraisal Price - the property’s estimated value in the current market, plus your agent contact card.

Sharing the Digital CMA

    • Copy link - copies the shareable link to your clipboard.
    • Send via email - shares the proposal by email.
    • Send via SMS - shares the proposal by SMS.
    • Download PDF - downloads the proposal as a PDF.

  2. Locate your appraisal in the list. The dashboard shows Total views and Total shares for each Digital CMA.
