What is Perils Data and how can I use it?

Perils data is now exclusively available in the Enhanced version of the Property Report.

Covering fire, flood, and heritage risks, this feature gives you a more comprehensive view of each property’s risk profile, helping you make smarter, more informed decisions.

Start your search

Start by searching for an address.
Make sure you have enabled the enhanced version of the Property Report. Once your Property Report has loaded, scroll down to the Perils Data section to view fire, flood, and heritage risks for the property.
Click on the (i) icon to view disclaimers and data source
Access the dedicated state government map tool for more details

Perils Data FAQ’s

Is the Perils Data available in the classic version of the Property Report?
