CRM integrations in Pricefinder - REI Forms Live setup

Pricefinder supports integration with third-party CRM and forms platforms. This article covers how to set up the REI Forms Live integration from the Partner Setup page.

Important points to be noted: 

  • Partner Setup is accessed from the user menu (top right) - open User Details, then the Partner Setup tab.
  • REI Forms Live integration is set up per state - each state needs its own access token.
  • Tokens are generated on the REI Forms Live website, then entered into Pricefinder.
  • If a state's Status shows Not Linked, the integration for that state is not yet active.
  • Pricefinder also has dedicated Help Centre articles for the REX and MyDesktop integrations - see the Integrations section of the Help Centre.

Setting up REI Forms Live

Please follow the below mentioned steps to link REI Forms Live to Pricefinder:

  1. Hover over your name on the top right and click User Details.

  2. Open the Partner Setup tab. In the REI Forms Live Setup section, click the here link to go to the REI Forms Live site and generate a third party access token for Pricefinder. Generate a token for each state you need.

  3. Back in Pricefinder, select the state from the State dropdown, paste the token into the Token field, and click Save Partner Setup. The Status column shows Not Linked until a valid token is saved, then changes to Linked.

Note: Repeat the token step for each state you operate in - REI Forms Live is linked one state at a time.

Using a CRM that is not listed?

If you use a CRM that does not appear in Partner Setup, Pricefinder may not offer a native integration for it. In that case you can copy property details from a Pricefinder property report into your CRM manually, or use the export options on search results pages.
