How to update your default settings in Pricefinder

This article will guide you with steps that you can follow to update your default settings in Pricefinder.

Important points to be noted:

  • Default settings are personal to each user - changing them only affects your own account.
  • Your defaults control how search results are displayed, the region used in quick search, your default map search radius, and your CMA cover page theme.
  • The Default CMA Covering Letter is also per-user and can be edited on the same page.

How to update your default settings

Please follow the below mentioned steps to update your default settings:

  1. Log in to Pricefinder.

  4. Scroll down to the Default Settings section. You will see the following fields:

    • Property Search View - sets how property search results are displayed by default (Address (Last Sale), Address (Attributes), Address (Building Name), or Address (Photos)).
    • Quick Search Region - sets the default scope for the global search bar: State (current state only) or Country (all Australian states).
    • Radius Search Size - sets the default search radius (e.g. 500 metres).
    • Cover Page - sets the default CMA cover page theme. Choose an agency-branded design, or select No Cover to exclude a cover page by default.
