CMA report not working

I’m trying to create a CMA report but it's not working

Let’s see if we can find out why your CMA’s isn’t working, and troubleshoot some common issues.

Log out and log back in

Let’s try the simplest solutions first. Go to your Account menu in the top right corner and click Logout. Now log back in.

Try Incognito or Private Browsing Mode

By opening an ‘incognito’ or 'Private' browsing window, your browser is not using any of its stored information - it's downloading information fresh from the World Wide Web.

If using Chrome If using Internet Explorer If using Firefox
Right-click (PC) or Control-Click (Mac) on the Chrome icon, then click New Incognito Window.

If you are in an incognito or private window, and your CMA suddenly starts working like usual, it means you will need to clear your cookies and/or cache.

Check the search settings

Check the Comparable Sales Radial Search settings to make sure that the settings you have entered have not excluded the property from your search.

Check the following criteria:

    1. Date range
    2. Radius
    3. Price range
    4. Attributes*
*Note:

Try the same search without Attributes. Sometimes the property report will not have correctly updated attributes so won’t appear in the comparable sales. You may need to update the attributes in the report or provide address examples to support to update.

If a property has sold within the last 3 months it’s possible that the sales data has not yet fed through to us, and will not appear in your CMA report.

If you know of any specific properties that should be appearing, or that should have their attributes updated so that they appear in your CMA report, you can contact Pricefinder Support via the Support icon. Let us know the address and we'll make sure the property is as up to date as possible.
