How can I report bugs or data issues?

The best way to report any issue is by clicking the ? in the bottom corner.

Sometimes you may need to report a problem such as a bug or a data issue on Pricefinder. This can be done via the support button in the bottom right of Pricefinder.

Report an issue

Select the ? in the bottom corner of the Pricefinder page
Select the relevant support request type
Include any additional information
Select Send

The request will be submitted directly to the Pricefinder Support team who will further investigate the issue and advise of the outcome.
