Pricefinder login changes - FAQ's

What changes are happening to my Pricefinder login?

We've rounded up all the questions you may have about upcoming changes to your Pricefinder login.

As you may be aware, Pricefinder is a part of Domain Group, and many of our customers also use other Domain products and services to run their day to day property activities.

To make life simpler and more secure for everyone, we are implementing the Domain Group login system across all Domain Group products such as Pricefinder, so that you'll only need one login to access all the Domain Group platforms that your are subscribed to.

This means that in mid to late 2023, you'll be directed to set up a new Domain Group login as we begin phasing out 'native' product-specific logins across Agent Solutions products and replacing these with the current Domain Auth process used by Domain. The Pricefinder native login phase-out is to be rolled out during mid to late 2023.

Why is there a ‘Link with Pricefinder’ screen appearing after I’ve set up my Domain login?

This screen would have appeared because the email you used during your Domain login set up did not match the email you normally use to access Pricefinder or the email used to send you your Pricefinder invite.

If you’ve landed on a Link with Pricefinder page but cannot seem to use the credentials you set up for a Domain account, try using the:

a) Login and password you originally used to access Pricefinder, or
b) The credentials you entered when you first clicked through your Pricefinder invite (email).
c) If you are new to Pricefinder and have not yet created any credentials to link your to your Domain account, we can help you to create these.

This will then grant you immediate access to Pricefinder.com.au

The next time you head to Pricefinder.com.au, you will be prompted to enter your Domain account details and your other credentials will no longer be needed from there on.

Why do I have to agree to T&C's again?

If you have moved, e.g. moved from one State to another, the terms and conditions that apply to the use of a product like Pricefinder may also change, due to the specific requirements of the State you are located in.

You may also be asked to review Pricefinder terms and conditions if Domain has made an amendment to any part of them.

Pricefinder won't load after I’ve verified my email and clicked ‘Continue’

If you reach the ‘Success’ screen after signing up for a Domain account and verifying your email address, your Domain account is active. There is a temporary issue with the ‘Continue’ button that the team is working hard to resolve quickly.

To access Pricefinder in the meantime, simply return to the login page and login in with your new Domain account credentials.
